Genny Heikka
I’m married to Mike–my high school sweetheart, soul mate, and best friend–and we have two kids together, our daughter (11) and our son (9). I’m an author, blogger, book reviewer, and coffee lover. I love to write and connect with other women. I’ve known about God my whole life, but it wasn’t until I was in college, struggling with an eating disorder, that He became personal to me. It was then… To continue reading about Genny, please click here. |

Prior to focusing on being a wife and mom, I held jobs ranging from vacuum cleaner sales to TV news production to Dean of Girls at a boarding school to HR Director. I suppressed my own dreams of writing for many years, figuring my sister was the ‘real’ writer in the family. But God prompted me to pursue publication a few years ago and, while there’s been a lengthy gap in my publishing history, He never let me move completely away from putting my heart for Him into words… To continue reading about Mary, please click here. |

I am a Christian Women’s speaker traveling to churches throughout the Southeast. I love to share the testimony of the miracle we received when my son Spencer was born. Spencer had a stroke at birth and was pronounced dead, but God had other plans. His heart miraculously started beating again and doctors can’t explain what happened. I also speak all over the country for a group called Epilepsy Advocates… To read more about Amy and her son Spencer’s amazing story, please click here. |

My husband and I teach and speak on marriage. We believe God created marriages to last. We love to share with others just how to make that a reality. It’s not always easy. But with God, anything is possible. I was born and raised in Stone Mountain, Georgia. My Godly parents taught me about the love of Jesus from the start. I grew up on a road surrounded by all my kin-folk. Some of my favorite growing up memories are… To read more about Carol, please click here. |

During that first year of homeschooling my dream was still alive, my priorities were skewed, and I struggled to do it all. Realizing that I could have it all, just not all at the same time, and with God’s leading, I gave up writing for a season. It was just what I needed to get my priorities back on track. Now with two kids in private school and two homeschooling… To read more about Gina, please click here. |
Staci Wilder
I love to celebrate most anything and my greatest joys in life are my family and friends. I’m a writer, runner, reader, scrapbooker, and a diet Coke connoisseur. My husband and I are active in our home church, where I lead WOW, the ladies fellowship network of North Cities United Pentecostal Church. I’ve been writing for as long as I can remember. My first story collaboration took place during my fourth grade year, when I partnered with a friend to write and illustrate a book for our teacher. Little did I know then that God would so beautifully orchestrate my life in such a way that – many years later – I would actually be able to write full time… To read more about Staci, please click here. |

Hi-I’m Genny, Managing Editor at 5MinutesforFaith. I’m excited to be part of such a great team of women and I’m so glad you stopped by!
I’m a “midlife-mom” to two boys, ages 7 and 4. My husband and I will celebrate our 16th anniversary this summer. We’ve lived in all the west coast states and once again call California home.
Hey Everybody! My name is Amy Wyatt and I live in Georgia with Greg, my absolutely incredible husband of 15 years. We dated for four years before we were married, so I have been with him over half my life! I have two precious children, Spencer age 8 and Mary Lyndsey age 4.
Hey Y’all! Greetings from down south! My name is Carol Hatcher. I’m a wife, mother, writer, and most importantly daughter of The King. (No, I’m not talking about Elvis.)
Before having four children, I had a dream. To write. I thought my career plans would work perfectly with raising a family. While the kids were in school, I could write. But God had other plans and just as my writing career was kicking into first gear, He had me change course and homeschool.
Hey everyone! My name is Staci and I live in North Texas with my husband. We have three children, and are just beginning to catch the first glimpses of…The Empty Nest!
Hi! I’m Deb, a Sanguine CLASS trained speaker and writer. I serve in ministry with my husband and best friend, Blake, in St. Louis, Missouri. My favorite past times include sharing my love for and joy in the Lord at Retreats, Conferences, and through my writing.
I’m Desiree, a work-at-home mom of two, pastor’s wife . . . and more importantly a daughter of the King. I work for a virtual school in Arkansas as a math teacher. My husband and I have been married for twelve years. My favorite past-time is roofing my house with my husband and kids. We are wild and crazy and always looking for something exciting to do.
I am so glad you stopped by! I live in Northern California with my husband of 22 years and our four children. I work full-time as the Pastoral Assistant at my church, which my husband and I helped to plant over 14 years ago. I enjoy teaching my 4-5 year olds in Sunday school, and minister in my local House of Prayer as a singer and intercessor.
